Founded in 1980, Helix emerged from grassroots volunteer efforts in New York City, driven by a vision to bridge psychology and spirituality.
What began as a small community of psychologists, psychotherapists, and energy workers grew into a life-changing training. Helix continues to respond to the limitations of mainstream therapy, offering a broader, more integrated perspective on wellness. Our graduates serve as ethical, skilled healing practitioners, leading a new wave of holistic care that meets the evolving needs of clients worldwide.

How It Works
It’s not too late:
Winter 2026 – Current Module
Format: Hybrid model—primarily online with in-person retreats and community gatherings.
Training Commitment:
Tuesday 6-8 PM ET, weekly intensive
Saturday 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM ET, monthly immersion (with 1hr lunch break)
Sunday 8:30 am - 10:30 AM ET, monthly process group
Structured modular seasonal arcs
Immersive in-person training experiences
One-on-one personalized mentorship to guide and support
Multiple certifications offered
Includes: Live classes, 1:1 mentorship, peer practice, ceremony, healing integration support, and deep community connection.
