Enrollment Guide & Program Investment

The Helix Journey

A living, evolving psychospiritual journey toward wholeness, healing, and service

For over four decades, Helix has trained healers, ministers, and practitioners in the deep work of psychospiritual transformation. Our program weaves modern psychology, ancestral wisdom, and hands-on healing practice into a path that changes not just what you do — but who you are.

This guide presents three enrollment paths — each moving through the same living curriculum and the same community. Choose the container that meets you where you are. For full curriculum details, visit our Program Overview.

The Foundation

Four Pillars of the Helix Training Program

01

Spiritual Development & Discipline

Personal practice, ceremony, contemplative traditions, cosmology, and the cultivation of a living spiritual foundation.

02

Psychological Work

Depth psychology, Jungian frameworks, shadow work, core wound healing, childhood development, and Eastern and Western modalities.

03

Altered States of Consciousness

Dreamwork, journeywork, plant medicine integration, trance, and the exploration of expanded states of awareness.

04

Energy Work

Luminous body work, ancestral healing, earth-based practices, TCM energy systems, and intuitive healing modalities.

Every Training Program student is a member of the Helix Healing Collective community

Enrollment in any track includes automatic membership in the greater Helix Healing Collective. We also warmly welcome community contributions of your world-work to share in our community vault, nourishing members and seekers worldwide.

Track One

The Receiving Track

The most accessible entry into the Helix Training Program. The Receiving Track is for those who feel called to be present in the live Helix container — to sit in the teaching, receive the community, and allow the work to move through you — without the full commitment of the ordination path.

Attend as many or as few live sessions as your life allows. Watch recordings at your own pace for the full three-year cycle. There is no homework, no assignments, no performance required. Just showing up and receiving.

Students on this track may transition to Track 2 or Track 3 when ready — on no fixed timeline. Some find this becomes their ongoing practice. Others discover it is the beginning of something much deeper.

Included

  • Attend live Tuesday sessions (2 hrs) — as many or as few as you wish
  • Attend Saturday teaching days (5 hrs) — as many or as few as you wish
  • Access to all session recordings for the full 3-year cycle
  • Available to receive student counselor healing sessions (1x/month)
  • Full Helix Healing Collective community membership and benefits

  • Your schedule or life requires maximum flexibility
  • You're discerning whether a deeper Helix path is right for you
  • You're supplementing an existing healing practice
  • You want to be in the community and the teaching without performance pressure

Not Included

  • Homework or assignments
  • Dedicated mentorship (case-by-case pathway available)
  • Priority access to in-person immersions
  • Helix Practitioner certification or ordination (case-by-case pathway available)
  • Scholarships — sliding scale applies instead

2

Track Two

Ordination: Mentor-Guided

The full ordination path — and the heart of what Helix has always been. The collective container is held by the teaching faculty. Within that container, each student is assigned a dedicated mentor who holds their individual journey, witnesses their growth, and guides their integration throughout the program.

Between sessions, students do the practice and integration work independently. Because student client practice begins in Year 1, Helix practitioners carry three years of lived, embodied healing experience by the time they complete the program. This is what sets them apart.

The Three-Year Journey

  • Year 1 — Foundation: The four pillars, foundational modalities, personal process work, community formation. Student client practice begins from day one.
  • Year 2 — Deepening: Spiraling deeper through all four pillars — shadow work, core wound work, Jungian dreamwork, ancestral healing, energy work. More complex, more nuanced, more skillful.
  • Year 3 — Integration: Full practitioner skill integration, deepened client practice, personal healing synthesis. Ordination ceremony at completion.

Requirements

  • Attendance at live Tuesday sessions, monthly Saturday teaching days, and Sunday process groups
  • Completion of homework, class notes, and reflective assignments
  • Active participation in dedicated mentorship
  • Therapeutic work at least twice monthly with a Helix Practitioner or qualified practitioner of your choice
  • Priority access to in-person immersions — required for certification, completable at any time
  • Full commitment to the healing path — in life, not just in class
  • Completion of Helix application and intake process

Upon Completion — Credentials

Track Three

Ordination: Mentor-Accompanied

The same ordination destination as Track 2 — same curriculum, same cohort, same 3-year journey — with a fundamentally different level of support. A dedicated mentor accompanies each student through assignments and supervised practice in real time.

The mentor is available in both dyad and triad formats: acting as client in supervised healing sessions, observing student client work and offering immediate expert debrief, and holding a structured consultation model designed to accelerate skill development and integration.

Monthly Mentor Support (4 hrs/mo)

  • 1 hr — Supervised practice session: mentor receives student's healing work, then provides structured expert debrief
  • 1 hr — Dedicated mentor meeting: integration, reflection, skill guidance
  • 2 hrs — Async support: reminders, prompts, Q&A via voice note or message
  • Maximum 4–6 students per mentor (waitlist when full)

Requirements

  • All requirements of Track 2
  • Active engagement with a trauma-informed counselor or healing practitioner skilled in process work, inner parts work, shadow work, integration, and soul retrieval — minimum twice monthly
  • Consistent availability for regular mentor sessions
  • Priority access to in-person immersions — required for certification, completable at any time
  • Completion of Helix application, intake process, and mentor-match process
  • Monthly subscription or seasonal payment

The Supervision Model

Track 3 uses a structured supervision model drawn from established counselor training practice, adapted for Helix's psychospiritual framework.

Dyad Sessions

Mentor acts as client, receiving the student's healing work fully. Student leads. After the session, mentor steps out of the client role for structured debrief: energetic tracking, technical feedback, relational observations, growth edges named.

Triad Sessions

Student works with a student client while mentor observes and holds the field. A second student may observe. All three debrief together post-session — building both skill and peer consultation capacity simultaneously.

Upon Completion — Credentials

  • Helix Training Program Certificate of Completion
  • Helix Healing Collective Ministerial Ordination
  • Authority to perform ceremonies and ritual
  • Pastoral counseling practice rights
  • Ministerial membership in Helix Healing Ministry
  • Graduate community membership & peer supervision
  • Graduate placement in Helix outreach clinics & events
  • Faculty mentorship access post-graduation

In-person immersion attendance is required for certification and can be completed at any time throughout or after the 3-year program.
