Helix Training Program Tuition & Payment Options

Helix offers three enrollment pathways—Full Program, Year-by-Year, and Seasonal Modules—with flexible payment plans designed to meet a variety of needs and budgets. Choose your level of commitment and preferred payment structure below.

FULL PROGRAM COMMITMENT (3-YEAR TRACK)

  • Total Tuition: $27,000

  • Annual Payment: $8,333/year (no processing fees)

  • Quarterly Payment: $2,173/quarter (12 payments, 3% fee)

  • Monthly Payment: $750/month (36 payments, 6% fee)

Best for participants ready to commit to the full program with the lowest total cost.

YEAR-BY-YEAR COMMITMENT

  • Year 1: $8,000

  • Year 2: $9,000

  • Year 3: $10,000

Ideal for participants wanting annual flexibility while still committing to a full-year cycle. Annual tuition rates increase each year as the curriculum deepens.

MODULAR ENROLLMENT (Pay-by-Module)

  • Total Annual Cost (4 Modules): $11,000/year

  • Summer Module (6 weeks): $1,650

  • Fall, Winter, Spring Modules (9–10 weeks each): $3,300 each

  • Deposit: $500/module to secure your spot

For students seeking maximum scheduling flexibility or testing the waters before full-year enrollment. Slightly higher annual cost reflects administrative support and flexible pacing.

IN-PERSON TRAINING RETREATS & ADDITIONAL COSTS

  • Full Program Students:

    • Included: Meals, training, and exclusive access to retreats in Bali and New York.

    • Not Included: Lodging and travel costs for retreats.

  • Seasonal Enrollment:

    • The Helix curriculum flows through four seasonal modules per year. Each one builds upon the last while offering distinct themes, rhythms, and experiential depth.

    • Retreat costs are additional and vary by event. Lodging options will be provided at an additional cost.

Modular Enrollment
Pay-by-Module Track

Flexible Entry, Clear Payment Options

Modular enrollment offers a more flexible, step-by-step path through the Helix Training Program. Join us one module at a time or complete the full 9-month training cycle on your own schedule. Modular pricing reflects this added flexibility and includes administrative processing fees.

Modular Tuition Payment Overview

Each module is priced individually. You may pay per module or opt to prepay for a full 9-month cycle (4 modules). Full-year modular pricing totals $11,000 and is higher than the full program monthly plan ($9,750) to reflect added flexibility.

Per-Module Enrollment

  • Summer Module (6 weeks): $1,500

  • Fall Module (9–10 weeks): $3,200

  • Winter Module (9–10 weeks): $3,200

  • Spring Module (9–10 weeks): $3,200

  • Pay as you go, before each module begins

  • Lodging and travel not included for retreats

  • Meals and training included for all in-person sessions

Total for 9-Month Cycle (All 4 Modules): $11,000

A deposit of $500 is required to hold your place in each module. If you complete all four modules in one year, you’ll have access to retreat discounts and priority enrollment for future years.

Application Fee

To complete your application for the Helix Training Program, a $165 non-refundable processing fee is required. This fee supports the administrative review of all applications.

General Guidelines

Ensuring compassion and program sustainability

At Helix Institute, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are here to support you during those times. However, we also commit substantial resources to ensure the quality and continuity of our program for all participants. To balance compassion with sustainability, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Policy Considerations

Refunds for all payment plans—monthly, quarterly, and annual—will be calculated based on the following considerations:

  • Program Setup and Operations:
    From the time you secure your enrollment, Helix invests in administrative efforts, technology platforms, and logistical preparation essential to ensure the program runs smoothly and effectively for all students. 

  • Impact on Other Students:
    Your enrollment secures a place in our program, which may prevent others from joining. Cohort sizes are limited to foster a deeply immersive experience, making it essential to maintain balance and commitment.

  • Instructor Time and Cohort Planning: Our instructors thoughtfully design and prepare for each cohort. Once a student is enrolled, their participation is integrated into the structure and flow of the program, requiring advance planning and adjustment of resources.

  • Access to Resources and Curriculum: Upon enrollment, students are granted access to extensive course materials and resources, reflecting a significant investment of time, effort, and intellectual property by our team of instructors and staff.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in the Helix Training Program. This deposit is applied to your total tuition and reflects our commitment to reserving your space, along with the upfront costs associated with enrollment.

Refund Policy for All Payment Plans

This policy applies equally to Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Payment Plans.

  • Within the First 30 Days of Enrollment:
    If you withdraw within the first 30 days of your enrollment, you will receive a 70% refund of your paid installment (monthly, quarterly, or annual). This allows us to cover initial program costs and resource allocation while honoring your investment in the program.

  • After 30 Days but Before 60 Days:
    If you withdraw between 31 and 60 days, you will receive a 50% refund of your paid installment. This reflects the cost of course materials, instructor preparation, and other resources dedicated to supporting your progress in the program.

  • After 60 Days:
    After 60 days, no refunds will be issued for the current installment. At this point, the majority of resources have been allocated, and we are well into the core curriculum of the program.

How to Request a Refund

If you need to withdraw from the program and request a refund:

  • Email our team at admin@helixhealingcollective.com.

  • Include your full name and reason for withdrawal.

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request.
